Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery are similar, but not the same. Business continuity is about the continued operation of the undertaking, when major components no longer work in business administration. Disaster recovery by restoring the loss of service may be affected. Since continuity plans often include the restoration of services in both plans are often fused in a known so-called plan NDRC.
