When we sleep, our brain is still working and maximizing performance. Recent studies confirm that improves memory and even moments of genius occur during sleep.

Definition
Insomnia is by definition an involuntary reduction of time spent sleeping. The subject of those who sleep less than they would and should. Insomnia can affect different stages of sleep:
- Numbness : usually insomnia affects this stage because of situations or phenomena of anxiety, distress or environmental influences (such as light, noise, …) and occurs mainly in children.
- Dormition : the subject is asleep but wake up constantly throughout the night. This may be due to situations of anxiety, organic brain disorders of any type or age (as one ages, sleep decreases and worsens).
- Awakening early awakening typical endogenous depressions. The subject wakes up early and not fall back to sleep but does not feel strong enough to get out of bed.
